Keep every existing page layout exactly as it is (Home, Roofing, Siding, Windows, Doors, Gutters, Decks, Insurance, counties, gallery, daily fact). Do not rebuild sections, headings, or CTAs.

Rewire the EXISTING floating Ask Demore button/panel so it is the Demore Virtual Receptionist (same brain as a phone overlay). Do not add a second chat bubble.

- Hours: Mon–Sat 7AM–7PM Eastern. After hours the AI is primary.

Add a Lead entity (not shown in public nav) and write every chat/call into it: name, phone, email, address, city, county, intent, priority (urgent_leak | adjuster_on_site | hot_insurance | standard | after_hours_faq | existing_message), channel trail, notes. Create a staff-only /ops page listing leads. Do not put /ops in the public header.

Add a Call overlay that starts from a small Call button next to Ask Demore AND from existing tel:(440) 920-6133 clicks (preventDefault, open the overlay). During business hours ring ~18 seconds then AI; after hours / storm mode answer in ~1 second. Same assistant, same Lead record.

Use Base44’s built-in LLM (or xAI Grok if an XAI_API_KEY secret exists — ask me for the key, do not hardcode). Backend functions only; never expose API keys in the browser.
